A challenge is what keeps you moving forward. The challenge is always personal, and the need for it can only be understood by the one who takes it upon himself. Sometimes the challenge is to stop challenging yourself and stop fighting the windmills or give in to the feeling. Mine lasted a year, brought me the joy of discovery, and at times I was nauseated and tormented by the realization of how much I tend to forget and overlook what is important.
I look for balance everywhere.
For a dead person, it is important to watch the blossom of a flower unfold, for someone who does not feel the need to dip his fingers into the fur of a purring cat, for someone who is in a hurry - to stop in the middle of a stream of fellow passengers who do not raise their eyes. If I want to live MY life, I need to see and hear what is not mine in it. To hear and see, one must learn to listen and observe. That's what I did all year, sharing what I noticed and heard every day. I hope that in my challenge you will recognize the possibility of your change and will inspire you with the courage to take the first step, or perhaps the determination to continue only on your own path and recognize your comrades.
